Chief Scientist predicts "bottom-up" effort to tackle climate change (BusinessGreen, 20 Jan 2010) The UK’s chief scientific advisor John Beddington said that while the Copenhagen summit was a disappointment, “a bottom-up approach” to curbing GHG emissions will continue, as will increased commercial investment in low-carbon technologies.
