DOLMO it is before a a whole team of which the average age has evil to reach about thirty, with complementary profiles of a very great diversity but: three Ukrainians, Russian, Algerian, a free-Morrocan and French. Their competences and experiments cover a set of fields of activities going from the practice of almost about fifteen languages on the whole, economy, international transport, via the communication, the commercial action, the information systems, the design Web, and it research under development sustainable development. It is besides the latter point which is at the same time the base and the bond of this multicultural and multi-field team. All traversed planet in all directions: their discoveries, their meetings individually allowed their awakenings on the stakes of sustainable development. A sustainable development which must adapt to the local cultures and practices to allow the awakening the greatest number. Their means? Sensitizing and education by implemented innovating projects.

The right to housing and professional training must be the requirements of any civilized company. These problems are true for the Ukraine, as for any other country of Eastern Europe and space postsovietic. These industrial relations policies are very expensive: to perennialize them it is necessary to reduce of it the operating costs and in particular the energy bill.

Primary goal, construction a social hearth for young people, as well as a training college to the trades of éco-construction and éco technologies in Odessa. Project with ambitions intercommunity.

In the mission which they entrusted to be a “hyphen” between the East and the West already a first circle of network with considering day:

- the coordination of the energy part, as well as the coordination of the project in Ukraine will be carried out by a specialized company in design and production of the energy conversion systems. This company has been strong, for 25 years of experience professional in the field of electrotechnics and energetics;

- the design, the realization of the thermal and energy part of the project will be carried out by the research laboratory of the Odessa National Polytechnic Institut.

The research department will be the Institute of the Projects of the Construction and the Experimental Design of Kiev;

- young architects, as of young local researchers will be solicited for the realization of the project (selections by a contest);

- the components of the energy equipment and the construction material can be provided by the specialized Ukrainian companies.

This Ukrainian project is not that a first stage of the contacts are already taken with other countries of Eastern Europe, North Africa and Central Asia.

The long-term objective is to contribute to the creation of complexes of constructions quasi-autonomous and energy savers thanks to technologies of constructions cleansed in order to contribute to the safeguarding of the environment. To be done, it is necessary to help to connect the interested professionals. Here is all direction DOLMO.

Starting from a platform Web, and using concepts of E-trade, of e-learning, “a space of exchange and the resources” which will offer many possibilities to its customers, in particular of various formulas to give the choice among the solutions more innovating, most effective and most advantageous of the local market and European.

The motivation, the knowledge of the ground, the networks and local partners as Eastern Europe, Central Asia and in the Maghreb countries place DOLMO in good situation to raise the challenge.
